Based on this Ayurprastha designs an individualized health program using a multi model approach of diet, lifestyle, herbs as well as special cleansing treatments.

Consultation starts with a prior appointment and as an organised, gender specific and inherently time consuming ways of approaching a client, we strictly adhere to the time slots. Patients are advised over the phone in case of any requirements they need to have with; be it the post therapeutic rest or attire.
